The jam contains rosehip collected in a controlled area on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, concentrated in a boiling vacuum at 60 ° -65 ° C to keep the organoleptic properties of the fruit unaltered. It contains large amounts of vitamin C, up to 100 times that contained in citrus fruits. Produced without the addition of pectin, the Rosehip jam is sweetened with bio-cane sugar (33%) coming from a fairly solid market, or stevia (0.2%).
