Extra jam contains Black Currant cultivated inside the farm with certified organic method, concentrated in vacuum with boiling at 60 ° -65 ° C to keep the organoleptic properties of the fruit unaltered. Produced without added pectin, Black Currant Jam is sweetened with bio-cane sugar (33%) coming from a fairly solid market, or stevia (0.2%). When it is made with cane sugar the product is biologically certified by CCPB operator number AE37.
