The minced spring white truffle in extra virgin olive oil is made by the farm Luigi in Ghizzano Peccioli (Pisa).
It is suitable for seasoning the first plates and bruschette or eggs on the puddle. The product once opened must be stored in the fridge for about a month covering the surface with olive oil.
